Have  you ever had an Indian dish of chicken? I have and it is delicious! It was chicken marinated in some type of sauce.  It gave the chicken a tangy flavor. I’m not sure what kind of sauce it was,  but I will check with one of my resources and get back to you. If you have any ideas or know what I am talking about, please send me a comment. Do you like Chicken tomato and cheese? Then you will love one of my favorite dishes, Chicken Parmesan.

I love Chicken Parmesan. I love it because it’s got some of my favorite flavors all together.

The Chicken is moist and tender, with a zesty tomato sauce all topped of with a bunch of yummy bubbly melted cheese. How can you not like that?

My Mom and I made some this week. It’s so easy to make that anyone can do it. We have a super secret recipe, but here is an easy one you can try.

Oatmeal cookie history dates back to the Roman Empire.  When the Romans invaded the Scots, the Scots would carry oats in the pouches.  It was in the late 1800′s when the first oatmeal cookies appeared.  Oatmeal cookies have become popular.  In fact, April 30th is National Oatmeal Cookie Day.

Oats are healthy.  They lower colesterol, and are a good source of  Vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium and protein. They’re even healthy for horses.

Kids were surveyed to see what the most popular cookie is.  Oatmeal isn’t on the list.  Here’s a link.

Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

My favorite kind of pie is apple. The reason I like apple pie is because I love the sweet filling and the crunchy, flaky crust.  Especially, when it comes from one of my family members it tastes better than anything you can buy. There is nothing more refreshing then the smell of hot apple pie filling the air.
